Hayes Spraying originally commenced operations in the early 1970’s as a contract spraying & consulting business. By the late 1980’s, demand for the tough and well designed spray equipment allowed Hayes Spraying to manufacture agricultural machinery full time. Over the last 30 years, Hayes Spraying has built a name synonymous with reliable, robust and good value for money equipment. The products have proved themselves in the agricultural industry for many years & remain highly sought after due to their durability, performance & ability to be customised.
Our boomsprays are used extensively throughout the QLD, NSW & VIC broadacre cropping areas. Our products have been exported to 7 countries; mainly in Africa, where they have stood up well to the rugged conditions.
Today, Hayes Spraying has a state of the art workshop facility and a strong team of manufacturing and assembly specialists. The extent of knowledge and experience within the company ensures that your equipment is specifically designed to suit your requirements. A modern workshop layout, including robotic welding facility, 330 cubic metre electrostatic spray painting booth and 5 ton overhead cranes ensures that projects are completed safely, on time and with the highest quality. A separate on-site Assembly shed, with Spare Parts department and Administration attached guarantee a smooth transition from ordering, manufacture and delivery of products.

David Wells
David has over 20 years experience in selling the Hayes Spraying product range. Over this time, David has seen many market trends and product improvements, and has an uncanny ability to retain information.
With this knowledge and his customer focus, David has sold boomsprays to all parts of Australia, as well as overseeing export sales to South Africa, Sudan, South Sudan, Botswana, Mozambique and Kenya. David can also assist with any GPS and controller enquiries.

Dewayne Wells
Dewayne started his trade apprenticeship with Hayes Spraying in 2006 and has accumulated a wealth of product knowledge over the years.
Whether it is quality control, procedures, training or work flow Dewayne is across everything that involves steel. Dewayne is involved in all product improvements, R + D programmes and ensures that all Hayes Spraying products are manufactured to the highest of standards.

Justin Bale
Justin started his journey with Hayes Spraying as a spray painter, progressed to welder and then completed his trade apprenticeship as a Boilermaker.
This has given Justin a through understanding of all facets of Hayes Spraying fabrication processes.

Shane Clement
Shane has been an employee of Hayes Spraying since January, 2004, and as such has extensive experience in Parts sales and Purchasing.
He is knowledgeable with all facets and components relating to the building of a Hayes Boomsprays, specialising in the performance of Hypro and petrol driven firefighter and transfer pumps. With over twenty years experience in the parts game Shane can bring solutions to most inquiries.
