Hayes Spraying also have a prototype 36m PLC controlled unit operating in the field for the last 12 months and is ready for automated tractors.
We offer an Autonomous Trailed Boomspray with a high-clearance option for in-crop spraying, allowing efficient weed control without damaging crops. This design ensures better crop protection while minimising plant disturbance.

Dock and Fill
The Hayes Spraying Dock & Fill system provides a safe, efficient, and reliable way to transfer chemicals, helping reduce spills, minimise operator exposure, and speed up spray preparation.
*Available on new sprayers or as a retrofit to existing Hayes machines.
Robot Mounted Range
Our robot-mounted 3-point linkage sprayer combines the proven performance of our linkage range with the precision and efficiency of autonomous operation.
Designed for smaller paddocks, tighter areas and controlled traffic systems, it delivers excellent manoeuvrability while reducing wheel compaction.
