The Hayes Spraying Shielded Sprayer provides a customised solution for dryland and irrigated row cropping as an alternative to cultivation or using expensive pre-emergent herbicides. The benefits of the Shielded Sprayer is about more than protecting the crop from spray drift, it also reduces field compaction and aids retention of stubble cover as the soil is not disturbed. Each unit swings back and upwards from field obstacles such as sticks and rocks for uninterrupted spraying sessions.
